Child Safety Standards

Last updated: April 2026

Office Tea is operated by Woodes Labs. This page sets out our standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) as required by Google Play's child safety policy and applicable law.

1. Zero-tolerance policy

Office Tea maintains an absolute zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. This includes, but is not limited to: - Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind - Content that sexualises, exploits, or endangers minors - Grooming, solicitation, or facilitation of abuse targeting minors - Any attempt to use the platform to contact or exploit children Any content or account found to be in violation of this policy is removed immediately and reported to the relevant authorities.

2. Platform design safeguards

Office Tea is designed to minimise the risk of CSAE: - All submissions are reviewed by human moderators before publication. No content is published automatically. - The platform does not allow direct messaging between users — there is no channel through which adults could contact minors privately. - The platform requires users to confirm they are at least 18 years old before submitting or accessing content. - Submissions containing personally identifiable information are rejected before publication to prevent targeting of any individual, including minors.

3. Content moderation

Every submission undergoes human review before being published. Moderators are instructed to: - Reject any submission that contains, references, or could facilitate harm to minors - Flag potential CSAM for immediate escalation and reporting - Remove any published content that is subsequently found to involve a minor or to facilitate harm Content that passes review is published anonymously and is limited to first-person accounts of adult workplace experiences.

4. Reporting in-app

Users can report any content they believe violates our child safety standards directly within the app using the report button present on every published post. Reports are reviewed promptly. Content flagged as potentially involving CSAE is escalated immediately, removed pending review, and reported to the relevant national authority (see section 5).

5. Reporting to authorities

Office Tea complies with all applicable child safety laws, including mandatory reporting obligations. Any confirmed or credibly suspected CSAM identified on the platform is reported to: - The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline (cybertipline.org) — required under U.S. law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A) for platforms with U.S. users - The relevant national authority in the jurisdiction where the content originates or where the victim is located, where identifiable We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.

6. Age restriction

Office Tea is not directed at children. Users must be at least 18 years old to use the platform. This requirement is stated in our Terms of Service and enforced at submission and access points. We do not knowingly collect data from or publish content submitted by anyone under 18.

7. Designated safety contact

The designated point of contact for child safety enquiries, CSAM reports, and law enforcement requests is: Email: hello@officetea.io Operator: Woodes Labs / Office Tea (officetea.io) This contact is prepared to discuss our CSAE prevention practices, respond to law enforcement requests, and act on reports promptly.

8. Policy review

This policy is reviewed whenever there is a material change to platform features or applicable law, and at minimum annually. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent review.
